These days, who doesn't want to have a "master key" that can travel and eat with one click? Baly, a two-in-one App for taxi and takeout, is simply here to save our daily chores. The interface is refreshing and the service is complete. In the red sea of taxis and takeout, it really feels a bit "different".
Baly was created by Baly Tech Solutions. These people are very serious and want to simplify all the trouble of traveling and finding food in the city. They use technology and an original intention to think about us. The goal is to let you go out to take a taxi and order food at night no longer be in a hurry-even if you just want to go to the corner to buy food, or you are busy until evening before remembering that you haven't eaten yet.
First of all, it directly integrates taxi and food ordering into one App, bidding farewell to the trouble of switching back and forth with a bunch of icons on the mobile phone. Secondly, the real-time tracking function is super reassuring-no matter where the car is or where the meal is, it is clear at a glance and you have a clue. Secondly, there are n payment methods to make taxi reservations, meal delivery reservations, and even frequent visitor points rewards are arranged. It is simply tailor-made for lazy and busy people.
Imagine standing on the roadside in a busy city morning, waving your hand-no, a little screen, and the car comes. Baly's interface is so clean that you can't help but click twice. The main screen directly gives you two big icons: taxi or order food. People with big fingers don't need to look closely. Switching from taking a taxi to order meal is like flipping through a familiar old magazine. It is effortless and it is not a complicated menu at all.
Moreover, the animation and transition effects behind it are as smooth as silk, and the response is fast and not sloppy at all. Although there are many functions, they are super easy to learn, and novices can use them even if they click blindly. Various tips and guidance are also very considerate and will not make you feel confused.
Call a cab? It's as simple as saying,"Take me there." Enter the destination and choose a model-economy, luxury, or try it out. The GPS positioning is so accurate that the driver can see where he is in real time. Best of all, it dynamically estimates prices based on current traffic jams, so that you can calculate your budget in advance and no longer have to worry about being scared by "sky-high prices".
Baly works with many restaurants and orders like a personal chef who understands you. Search for what you want to eat, see high-definition uncensored food maps, and read other people's reviews. It will also automatically recommend restaurants based on the last time you ordered or your current location, which is fast and considerate. The delivery schedule is also closely followed, and the estimated arrival time is so accurate that you can't help but pinch your watch.
The best thing is that you don't have to cut around at critical moments at all-taking a taxi and ordering food are both handled in the same app. The mobile phone desktop is much cleaner and your brain saves trouble. The appointment function is even more valuable: booking a car a few times in advance, or tomorrow's lunch, can be arranged today. It is a lifesaver for people who are too busy to touch the ground every day.
Overall, Baly is a very mature App that is simple and in-depth to use. The most explosive part is that it seamlessly integrates taxi and takeout, and also provides useful functions such as real-time tracking and booking. It's like having a reliable assistant around you who knows how to get you to your destination as quickly as possible, but also remembers what you like to eat, and you don't have to manually switch between several apps.
If you are someone who values efficiency and likes transparent services, Baly is really worth a try. Although it may not be as good as apps that specialize in one line in some aspects, this kind of App handles all daily patterns and is really convenient to use daily. Newbies can play with its appointment function first, which may change your plan for the day; for old users, point rewards and stable performance will make you love it more and more.
Anyway, I think Baly is not just an App, but more like a practical partner who silently helps you manage city life. Friends living in the city want to make themselves smarter when traveling and eating? Then get in the car quickly!
Very simple! Download the App first, open it and click 'Register', then follow the prompts and log in using your email address, mobile phone number or social account.
Open the App, select 'Taxi' or 'Takea', enter your location and destination (or what you want to eat), and confirm the order and you are done ~
You can pay in cash, or you can use a digital wallet, such as a credit/debit card, or the e-wallet that comes with the app. You can set the details in Settings-Payment Method.
In the ride-hailing interface, before confirming the order, just choose the model you like from the options, such as economy model, comfort model, etc.
Of course! Click on the 'Favorites' icon on the home page to save your favorite addresses and delicacies. It's super convenient to place an order directly next time!
After placing an order, go to 'My Trip' or 'Order Status' to see real-time GPS positioning and dynamic updates, and you can see where the master is going at a glance.
Users widely appreciate Baly for its competitive pricing and local relevance, particularly in providing fair fares for Iraqi taxi drivers. The app is praised for being easy to use and offering good value. However, significant concerns exist around customer service, driver professionalism, and feature reliability. While some users report helpful interactions, many others describe support as non-existent or AI-driven with unresolved issues. Similarly, pricing is generally seen as affordable, but a few users note that advertised discounts (e.g., 20%) are not honored (only 10%). Driver quality is another mixed point: some find the fares fair, while others encounter unprofessional or even fraudulent drivers. Additional criticisms include incomplete map data, limited area coverage, and payment irregularities. Despite these drawbacks, the app's strong price-performance ratio and Iraqi-focused design earn it a core user base.
Very pleasant and attentive interaction with customers, showing genuine care and interest.
This is a good page and many thanks to all moderators and staff. I have a comment about the maps: some places do not have merchant and department names.
One of the worst apps. Customer service is nonexistent. When you report an issue and chat with support, they close the conversation and falsely claim the problem is resolved. I strongly do not recommend this app.
This item came from Iran and was particularly useful for my needs.
Your driver took my wallet along with the money that was inside.
