4.8 Travel & Local 3.6.0 Build-935 5.00M

To be honest, the first time I opened Frontier Airlines App, I thought it was quite sweet. This app, created by the Frontier team, aims to make travel easy, easy, and even a little surprising. Whether it is a veteran who often flies, or a white who occasionally goes out, it can be used to worry less, feeling that the whole journey is smoother.
I have to talk about some of the most eye-catching features of this App. The first is booking management, which is simply smooth and smooth; then there are those ultra-timely flight reminders, so you no longer have to worry about missing boarding gate changes; and finally, there is the built-in member points system, which is very easy to use. These few things are put together. From the time you click on the App to the time you board the plane, there will be someone watching you the whole time. Real-time information and exclusive offers will not be missed. More importantly, it's easy to use, and even if you fly once or twice a year, you can easily get started.
Someone may want to ask: Is this App really as easy to use as it sounds? Okay, then let's take a closer look at its core functions and actual experience.
As soon as I opened the App, the interface surprised me-it was clean, refreshing, and not messy at all. In the past, you had to go through several layers of menus to book a ticket, which was annoying to death. Now it's good, you can search, select, and pay with a few clicks of your fingers. Flight information is clear, you can see at a glance whether seats are available, and luggage regulations are clear. Want to change your itinerary after booking your tickets? It's as easy as walking in the park.
Compared with other travel apps, Frontier really understands "clarity" and "speed". The bad things about online booking, such as slow loading and inability to find buttons, basically don't exist here. Even if it catches the peak period, it responds quickly, opening in seconds, and the user experience is absolutely online.
You must have had this experience: the flight suddenly changed, the boarding gate changed, and you were still waiting. The Frontier App directly uses push notifications to pull you out of your anxiety-reminding you of check-in advance and informing you of boarding gate changes in a timely manner. Moreover, these pop-ups are not annoying at all, eye-catching and non-disturbing. You can still choose and just want to see certain information? Adjust whatever you want.
I love this function so much because it turns the originally dry waiting into an information-filled and controlled process. It's like having someone in your pocket always tipping you off, the airport or something is instantly less panicked.
Frontier Airlines 'member points system is directly embedded in the App. It is very intuitive to check points and exchange rewards. From the beginning of booking tickets, to check-in, to spending on the plane, we help you save some money every step. From time to time, some exclusive discounts will pop up, such as upgrades and discounts, make you happy to watch. The interface clearly explains the points accumulation rules, unlike some apps, where good things are hidden in the corners.
For regular visitors, this is an extra fun to "make money", and business trips and travel have become point-saving games. Anyway, the more I use it, the more addicted I become.
I am convinced of the design of Frontier App. The colors are lively and not excessive, and when you look at them, you have the urge to travel. The operating logic is also strong, and people who don't understand technology can find functions with just a few clicks. Old users feel refreshed and worry-free. Screen switching is as fast as flying, booking tickets and checking messages respond in seconds, and there is no stagnation during peak hours, so it is very stable. Learn? There is basically no need to learn, you can get started in five minutes-whether it's your first flight or you're flying a platinum card.
There are so many mobile booking apps, but Frontier relies on "simplicity" and "transparency" to get out of the circle. The best thing is those real-time reminders that are actively pushed. They don't bomb you, but they will let you know what you need to know-it's like having a digital housekeeper around you who is on call. In contrast, some apps either send out notifications like crazy or hide important information behind a three-tier menu, not to mention the annoyance.
Another highlight is the membership system, which uses visual means to encourage you to save points and exchange rewards. The path is clear and there is no detour at all. Unlike those universal travel apps, Frontier really takes "rewarding users" seriously, and loyalty and satisfaction naturally increase.
Overall, I highly recommend this App to all people who love to fly, especially those who pursue efficiency and don't like trouble. If you are used to using your mobile phone to do everything, it is definitely an artifact. It is recommended that you open the notice and swipe the App a few times before departure, especially before flying, which will give you a sense of understanding.
However, if you need more than just flights, but also one-stop services such as hotels and complex itineraries, you may have to look at another platform. But in terms of flight management + instant updates alone, Frontier is definitely a reliable electronic companion.
After all, Frontier Airlines 'App is the kind of travel tool that is made carefully. Its most attractive features-real-time messaging and seamless integration of points-are enough to impress anyone pursuing pressure-free flight. Whether you are booking a ticket for the first time or an experienced player, it is worth leaving a place for it on your mobile phone.
Go to your mobile phone's app store to search for downloads, open it, follow the screen prompts, create an account or log in directly, and find your personal data in the settings. It's super simple!
Of course you can! Click on the 'Flight Status' on the home page, enter your flight number, or directly view the upcoming flight to update it in real time, which is very convenient!
Click on 'Book Flights' on the home page, fill in your travel information, pick a flight you like, and then make the payment! A very smooth process ~
Enter 'My Itiner'from the menu, select your reservation, and you can modify, add meals, etc., or check the details and change as you want!
Open your reservation 24 hours before departure, click 'Check-in', fill in the required information, and then you can download your boarding pass, save it on your mobile phone, and swipe it directly at the airport!
Join first: Settings → Rewards →Frontier Miles, you can save miles by flying, and then redeem them for discounts or free tickets in 'My Rewards'. It's great!
Users widely praise Frontier Airlines app for its intuitive interface, quick navigation, and helpful travel updates, often describing it as a straightforward tool that simplifies booking and check-in. However, significant frustrations arise around reliability and hidden costs. While many find the app efficient and easy to use—calling it “wonderful” or “outstanding”—others report persistent technical glitches such as internal server errors lasting hours, failures while uploading passport photos, and repeated app crashes when changing flights. The check-in process receives mixed feedback: some find it simple, while others encounter constant difficulties and mandatory use of the app to avoid additional fees. Customer service is a major pain point, with some users citing arrogant staff and unfair penalty charges, though a few mention satisfactory interactions. Hidden fees are a recurring concern, with warnings that unexpected costs can inflate total prices. Overall, the app delivers a smooth experience for many loyal customers, but its technical instability and poor support frustrate a substantial number of users.
Easy as expected
Frontier stands out as the top choice for quality and reliability.
The PR customer service staff were terrible. We arrived an hour early and were in line, yet they charged us a $99 penalty, claiming we missed the flight—a lie. They later deleted my ticket info and hung up on my mom when she called for help. Shameful and disrespectful treatment from all PR employees.
The only thing worse than this so-called mandatory app (which charges $25 if you skip it) is the terrible airline itself. I will never fly with them again. I've never faced such problems with United or American Airlines.
Internal server error persisted for 6 hours, blocking application access. After uninstalling and reinstalling, the same error continues.
