Veo is a well-designed app. It quietly connects city people with shared electric vehicles, making commuting environmentally friendly and worry-free. To be honest, it's a bit addictive after using it once.
This thing was created by Veo Mobility Inc. and is aimed at short trips in the city where "you can't get a taxi, walk too far, and you are too lazy to lock when you ride." It allows you to easily find electric scooters and bicycles on your mobile phone, and even view the car conditions and plan routes in real time-like bringing a transportation housekeeper with you. Target group? Office workers, students, tourists, and young people who have a little obsession with environmental protection, to put it bluntly, want a flexible and green way to travel.
Think about it, when you go out, you will see a scooter parked at the door, the location is displayed in real time on the mobile phone map, and you can also distinguish whether it is an electric scooter or a bicycle-that's what Veo's interface does. Unlocking is also easy. Scanning the code or clicking a button is as natural as saying "hi" to a familiar neighbor. Even if you use it for the first time, you won't be confused by following the prompts. The whole process is so smooth that one wonders if you have encountered an App that is "born to use". To put it bluntly, this foolish operation encourages you to take a short ride at any time.
One of the most amazing things about Veo is that it not only allows you to ride, but also helps you keep an eye on the riding process. You can see how far you have run, how much electricity you have left, and even preset your usual routes (such as from home to the subway station). The most considerate thing is that you can also see the battery and car condition in real time while riding, so you won't be stunned when you suddenly run out of power. This sense of transparency, to be honest, makes people feel particularly at ease. Even a road addict can ride with confidence.
The App interface is unbelievably clean, the color matching and layout are comfortable to look at, you can click wherever you want to operate, and you can load quickly. The novice guides the few steps very gently, and they won't just give you a bunch of buttons as soon as they come up-they can basically learn it in two or three minutes and then go straight on the road. Those little icons and prompts are like having a warm-hearted friend reminding you,"Hey, it's time to brake" and "There's a car parked here". The whole experience is heart-warming and worry-free.
Among those diverse travel apps, Veo is particularly eye-catching because it focuses on environmental protection and user experience. The most attractive thing is its smart vehicle dispatch. Just as you want to find a car, it pushes the nearest scooter or bicycle in front of you-as considerate as a private secretary. In addition, it will tell you how much carbon you have spent on this ride and how healthy the battery is, encouraging you to save more electricity and waste less. It also seamlessly connects the navigation and payment systems. The whole process is as smooth as having a city guide in your pocket, and the riding experience is natural.
If you want a reliable, easy-to-use and green travel tool, Veo is definitely worth a try. The strongest thing about it is that it is fast and accurate in finding a car, and its journey management is also very smart. It is as natural to use as breathing. Although its fleet may not be as large as those giants, it is simple, transparent and environmentally friendly. For city people who want to reduce their carbon footprint but don't want to worry about it, Veo is the perfect partner to "unlock, ride, and enjoy"-for nothing else, the freedom to set off anytime, anywhere is enough to make people feel excited.
It's very simple. First download Veo's App, register an account, then find nearby cars on the map, scan the QR code on the car, and you can unlock it and ride away. It's super convenient!
Don't worry, first check whether your network is normal, then confirm whether the QR code you scanned is correct, and check if there is any problem with the payment information in your account. If it doesn't work, quickly ask customer service for help!
Just open the Veo App and it's done! It will directly display the locations of all nearby electric scooters, bicycles and motorcycles on the map, updating it in real time ~
Remember to park the car in the designated area, then click 'End Trip' on the App, or just push the lever on the car lock and it's over. Don't park it randomly!
Of course! In the App's 'Personal Center' or 'Profile' area, you can not only save your favorite parking areas, but also view your own riding history and adjust it any way you want ~
The fee includes a small unlocking fee, plus a minute price. The exact amount will be clearly displayed before you confirm the ride, don't worry!
Users generally praise Veo for smooth rides, fun experience, and convenient short trips. Key strengths include smooth ride quality (better than Lime for some), enjoyable journey, and options for scooters/bikes with two-person capacity. However, several critical issues emerge: "Pricing" is a major concern—many find it expensive compared to Spin and Lime, with hidden fees (e.g., $10 activation fee despite monthly subscription) and confusing pass expiration. While some appreciate the $15/week pass for daily short rides, others report being overcharged or unable to use minutes. "Availability and convenience" divide opinion: some find excellent ride quality and availability, but others struggle to find charged scooters at certain times/locations, and lack of reservation feature forces long walks to unavailable vehicles. "Vehicle quality" receives mixed reviews—smooth ride is appreciated, but frequent defects, sudden power loss, and insufficient power for taller/heavier users are noted. "Registration and account issues" frustrate many: zip code verification fails, tourists cannot register without local phone number, and account verification problems persist even for existing Lime users. "Customer service" is criticized for slow refunds, refusal to refund malfunction rides, and ignoring disabled users. While some call it the best riding app ever, others label it a 'waste of time' and recommend Lime as a better alternative.
An effortless and enjoyable mode of transport that I truly love. It takes the cruising experience to an entirely new level.
Experience endless fun without breaking the bank. This concept is all about cheap, accessible entertainment that you can find just about everywhere—from neighborhood parks to local events. It's about making the most of simple pleasures that are both budget-friendly and widely available.
Fun and thrilling! Great ride with bikes, scooters, and emojis. 👌🏻👍🏻🤠🚲🛵🛴
This is a great option for pedestrians and for those who are young and healthy. Thank you, Veo.
I miss Lime and Byrd. Lime is better because it allows vehicle reservation. Without it, I walked 30 minutes to find two scooters, but both were taken before I reached them. A reservation feature would make things much easier.
