4.5 Weather 2.1.6 1.00K

Imagine lifting your wrist-just a glance and knowing clearly what the weather is outside: without torturing or nagging, it is so reliable and worry-free. Weather Complications, an application specially built for Wear OS, has carved a way through a bunch of weather software with its clean design and a lot of careful thoughts.
It was created by the TechNova team, who have been focusing on making wearable apps that are both precise and easy to use. Their goal? It allows you to sense the weather anytime, anywhere on your wrist, and the function is specially tailored for a smart watch-not the kind that fits on a hard-moving mobile phone.
Quick overview of core highlights:
Who is suitable for use? Active users, outdoor explorers, commuters, and anyone who doesn't want to leave their smartphones but wants to know the weather in seconds.
The moment I open Weather Complications, it's like opening a window on a busy day-it's so refreshing. From the moment you launch the app, the clean and simple interface makes you feel like you're flipping through a particularly well-planned notebook rather than facing a messy bunch of screens. The initial setting is also intuitive and not difficult to get started. Later, it's up to you to go deep into various advanced customizations-it's very natural.
The real trump card of this app lies in the reliability of its hard-core information. Unlike many of its peers that rely only on one or two weather data sources, it uses multiple reliable sources such as OpenWeatherMap, AerisWeather, and AccuWeather. In this way, especially when the weather is changeable, the accuracy is significantly improved, and there are fewer false reports and outdated information. It's like having a team of weather experts on your wrist constantly cross-checking to give you the most solid conclusion.
And it's quite open, allowing you to check the source of the data for each forecast-this small detail is simply too considerate for those who care about the credibility of the data.
Does a general weather app show you whether it is currently or tomorrow? Forget it. This is where Weather Complications 'strengths are: it can stretch the forecast range to a week, and it can also see hour-by-hour changes, even across different geographical locations. This way, whether you are arranging a morning run or a weekend outing, you can make plans in advance. In situations such as storms, heavy rainfall, and strong winds, the app will pop up alarms particularly prominently-you don't have to stare at the screen all the time, it will keep you safe.
For outdoor enthusiasts and commuters, this kind of in-depth forecast is so useful. Its forecast logic cleverly blends time and geographical information, as if you have an old iron on your wrist who knows the weather better than you, always one step ahead of you.
The interface design strikes a particularly good balance between elegance and practicality. You can change the widgets on the dial any way you want-as simple as you want, or see detailed charts if you want, but it's all for a quick glance and you can grab key information. The navigation logic is also very clever: with a tap or swipe, forecast details or customization options will come out, which is so smooth that it makes people feel that the designer is really paying attention.
Animation and visual feedback are also smooth and won't get stuck. Even if you're new to the smartwatch, there's no pressure to get started-it's as natural as turning on the radio to listen to your favorite channel. The reaction speed and stability of the application are even more speechless, and it is a pleasure to use it every day.
There are many weather applications on Wear OS, but Weather Complications relies on its persistence in forecast accuracy and its long forecast range to create a sense of presence. Many competing products either have unreliable data sources or have too limited information, but they do the opposite: integrate multiple authoritative sources and provide detailed timelines. It's like having a mini weather station on your wrist, which can not only see the full picture of the climate, but also capture the details of every time point.
Plus, it can integrate weather information directly and beautifully into your dial customization-instead of blindly opening a dedicated app every time. This combination of reliable data and personalized display is definitely a must-install application for users who do not just "take a look at the weather".
I give Weather Complications a five-star recommendation-it's worth a try, whether it's active users, outdoor enthusiasts, or people who simply want to get fast and reliable weather information on their wrist. Its core advantages are: accurate forecasts, reliable data, long range, and excellent customization functions. These are enough to make it stand out among so many weather applications. Although it is equally friendly to ordinary users, those who like to make detailed plans and don't want to be too troublesome to operate will definitely fall in love with its in-depth features.
If you're fed up with vague weather apps that make you guess, try Weather Complications. It's a practical and well-designed partner that makes "getting to know the weather first" both simple and precise-well, that's what good weather applications should be.
Very simple! Just search for "Weather Complications: Wear OS" directly on the Google Play store on your watch, and click "Install". It'll be done in a few steps!
Well, go to the dial settings, find the "Components" option, select "Weather", and then you can choose the style you like-icons, short text, or range values, whatever you want!
Awesome! It automatically updates every 15 minutes to keep track of weather changes in real time; it can also customize component styles; has severe weather warnings; and it also supports multiple data sources-in short, it allows you to know the weather as soon as you look up, which is super convenient!
Don't worry, the app will automatically refresh every 15 minutes. You don't have to manually operate it. The latest forecast and weather conditions will be displayed obediently, and you can worry about peace of mind!
Of course! This app directly integrates alarms and forecasts onto the dial. Once there is severe weather, it will remind you immediately. It is reliable!
WeatherAPI.com is used by default, but you can also customize the settings and change it to OpenWeatherMap.org Just enter your exclusive key, and the forecast will be more accurate!
Users widely praise Weather Complications: Wear OS for its elegant design, extensive customization, and reliable performance as a substitute for built-in weather apps. The creative umbrella animation and comprehensive data options (e.g., feels-like, AQI, Beaufort scale) are standout features, and many find it smooth on older watches like Galaxy Watch 4 Classic. However, feedback is mixed on key dimensions: Accuracy & Reliability – most users commend its precision, yet some report persistent issues with AQI not working, UV showing incorrect values at night, and certain data sources being “the most inaccurate.” Functionality & Customization – the app offers rich options (current/feels-like, hi-lo progress), but others request missing complications like sunrise/sunset, rain in mm, and a cleaner temperature display. Auto-update & Location – while manual refresh works well, several users note location does not update automatically, and rain chance metrics are perceived as too high. Overall, the app delivers impressive value for its one-time cost, though a few bugs and data source inconsistencies remain.
This app serves as an excellent substitute for the often unreliable built-in weather app on watches. It runs smoothly on my older Galaxy Watch 4 Classic.
Great set of complications. I love the feels like and humidity ones. However, there is a strange issue with UV: it sometimes shows positive values at night, possibly due to incorrect timezone handling (location is correct). It doesn't match online values. Also, I suggest adding the maximum value for AQI, because you cannot use a range complication with it since the maximum is location-specific.
This is incredibly useful, thank you! It puts the built-in weather functions to shame with its superior performance and accuracy.
It does its one job perfectly. Location can be set once and then turned off. I mainly use the complication that shows actual temperature versus feels-like temperature, and it updates regularly without any issues.
I use this set on every watch face. Favorites: AQI pollution index and weather summary with high/low temps, rain chance, and current icon in one line.
